    Sometimes it is so hard to want to get out of bed. Is this depression?

    Not always. Mornings are a very tough time for many. I have found the best thing to do is pop up and squish that feeling then do something quickly that makes me happy. Pray, listen to music I enjoy, walk the dog or make a healthy happy breakfast. Depression is not always found by not wanting to get out of bed.

    it seems all the answers from TV commercials and doctors is perscription pills. That seems like throwing more gas on my fire?

    What are other ideas outside of taking pills for my depression?
